Easy Time V3 is the diary with integrated alarm clock and reminder program including time synchronization abilities for all 32-bit MS Windows.

An intuitive environment lets you to manage your notes via diary, create reminders as one-time and/or periodic events (alarms) and maintain the full list of your appointments in both forms - note and event one with the minimum costs from your side. To stay on current time, Easy Time offers a way to synchronize your system time via Internet or any other network with time server. This can be performed automatically as well as manually. When you would like to work with any other program, Easy Time can be minimized only tray icon to make your desktop more transparent, while there's still possibility to show current time by customizing the task bar's clock.
